We are currently seeking experienced Fish Trimmers to join our busy team in Canning Vale on Full Time employment.

Key Responsibilities

Skinning, Pin boning and Portioning fish fillets in a wet and cold environment.Assisting the filleting and processing team with various other duties.Always working to a high standard of Secure Food handling practices.Maintaining a consistently clean workstation.Maintaining quality and cleanliness of slicing equipment i.e.,



Knives kept sharp and clean, tools kept clean and in positive condition.

Essential Requirements

Must have experience as a Knife hand/Trimmer in Fresh Food Processing environment.Ability to work in a wet cold workplace with seafoodAbility to communicate in English.Full, permanent work rights in AustraliaFlexible hands-on work attitudeSound understanding of all WH&S; ProtocolsAbility to work well in a team environment
