At Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen, our mission is to reinvent quick-food and bring the energy of Mexican culture to Australians across the country. We’re looking for a Crew member to join the Rothwell team.

Overview

Location: Rothwell, Queensland, Australia. Availability: evening shifts only. You will be on the front line, greeting customers, taking orders, rolling burritos, restocking fridges, basic food prep, wiping tables, and learning other roles across the team.

Responsibilities
Greet customers and take orders
Roll burritos and assist with basic food preparation
Restock fridges and wipe tables
Learn and perform other roles across the team as needed

Qualifications
Experience in hospitality venues or quick-paced environments is helpful but not essential
Open to coaching, eager to learn, and ready to put in the effort




Can-do attitude and reliability to follow through
Love for outstanding food and high customer service standards
Customer service ambassador
RSA for guest experience
