About the role

Kalkarni, our 68‑bed residential aged care home in Brookton, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care. You’ll work closely with residents, families and the multidisciplinary team to assess individual needs and develop tailored care plans that promote wellbeing, dignity and independence.

You will provide direct clinical care, oversee clinical and allied health services, guide care staff, and support the Clinical Manager with evidence‑based practice, quality initiatives and compliance across the home.

About you





You bring compassion, professionalism and a commitment to person‑centred care. You also have:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• Experience in aged care assessment, service delivery and compliance

• Knowledge of AN‑ACC and Aged Care Quality Standards

• Solid clinical skills with the ability to plan, analyse and deliver care

• Empathy, respect and a customer‑focused approach

• Ability to lead, influence and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and IT skills

• Flexibility and confidence managing changing priorities and a busy workload
