Role & Responsibilities
Lead and support your team to deliver productive maintenance practices on‑site.
Manage materials, equipment, and labor costs, ensuring budgets stay on track.
Develop transparent and concise scopes for successful project execution.
Champion WHS compliance and foster a culture of Zero Harm .
Maintain robust client relationships and ensure seamless workflow.
Location & Specifics
Local to Gladstone. Experience with Vac Trucks & liquid waste management.
A natural leader who drives safety, efficiency, and productivity.
Qualifications
Trade qualification or equivalent experience.
HR License.
Current QAL/BSL/RTAY Blue Medipass (or willingness to obtain).
Hands‑on skills in construction and maintenance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
A safety‑first mindset and a positive attitude.
