Job Description of ServiceNow Architect in Melbourne/ Sydney:

Responsibilities
Analyze current technologies used and determine ways to improve the ServiceNow setting and its architecture.
Provide technical consultation in terms of using ServiceNow best practices for implementations and ongoing operations
Create technical implementation strategies from business requirements
Implement complex ServiceNow solutions in at least 3 applications/modules such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SAM, HAM, ITBM, Security Operations, GRC and CSM.
Lead technical ServiceNow implementations, investigate complex issues and review code as required.
Account for possible project challenges on constraints including, risks, time, resources and scope




Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor technical progress of ServiceNow implementations and maintenance/administration tasks
Design ServiceNow technical solutions and also provide detailed specifications for those proposed solutions
Serve as a thought leader, to influence and develop scalable strategies, frameworks, and architectures
Collaborate with internal and external partners to steer the best decisions and drive the right business outcomes
Provide expert guidance for best practices related to ServiceNow administration

Qualifications
Strong communication, robust presentation and writing skills
Certified in CAD, CSA, HRSD

Positive to have CAD, CSA, HRSD certifications
