Mentone plays an important role in that transition. We are looking for a Retail Store Manager who leads from within the team. You will be in the work: working stock, executing processes, and setting explicit standards by doing, not directing. Leadership here happens on the floor. The Role
Lead from the floor, not the office
Work stock and execute core processes alongside your team
Drive disciplined store standards across presentation, stock flow and service
Manage sales, wages and costs with commercial awareness
Build a capable team that understands clear expectations
Hold standards consistently and address performance directly
Guide your team through operational change as we strengthen capability
