About The Chance
The primary purpose of this position is to oversee daily operations, ensuring all electrical projects and services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Reporting directly to the Management team some of your responsibilities will include:
Leading electrical projects, service work, and maintenance operations
Managing and mentoring a team of technicians and subcontractors
Overseeing scheduling, resource allocation, and workforce planning
Ensuring compliance with legislation, Australian Standards, and company policies
Monitoring budgets and reporting on financial and project performance
Driving operational improvements to support business growth
Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Licensed A-Grade Electrician or equivalent industry experience
3–5 years experience in an electrical operations or management role
Solid knowledge of compliance requirements and Australian Standards
Proven leadership skills with ability to manage and develop teams
Excellent communication and organisational capability
Ability to drive performance and contribute to business growth
