Join the team at Stockland Green Hills, East Maitland and take ownership of delivering marketing and events on the ground in a high‑performing retail centre. This is a hands‑on role based on site five days a week, working closely with retailers, customers and the centre team to bring the marketing plan to life.

A Retail Centre Marketing & Events Executive who thrives in quick‑paced, customer‑facing environments. You enjoy being in centre, building relationships and delivering high‑quality events, campaigns and experiences that engage the local community.

What You’ll Do
Deliver end‑to‑end centre marketing campaigns, events and activations
Build solid, face‑to‑face relationships with retailers and local partners
Engage retailers in promotions and events to drive participation and trade. Support customer experience initiatives aligned to centre strategy
Coordinate suppliers, content and in‑centre presentation standards

About You

You’re confident,



proactive and comfortable working in a live retail environment. You enjoy being hands‑on, solving problems in the moment and building robust relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

Experience & Skills That Count
Retail, shopping centre or hospitality environment experience
End‑to‑end events, activations or campaign delivery
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management. Confidence managing face‑to‑face conversations with different audiences
Organised, detail oriented and comfortable using systems
