We are looking for an experienced bartender who is passionate about cocktails, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working as part of a professional, supportive team. Our beverage program is inspired by Asian flavours, and we're always looking for people who are excited to learn, contribute ideas, and continue developing their skills.

About You
Minimum 2 years' experience working behind a busy bar
Current RSA certificate
Confident preparing classic and signature cocktails
Able to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Physically fit and capable of handling busy service periods
Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
Reliable, organised, and punctual
A genuine team player with a robust work ethic
Available to start immediately

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard
Maintain consistency in cocktail presentation and quality
Deliver friendly, qualified customer service
Keep the bar clean, organised, and fully stocked
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and restocking
Follow RSA requirements and venue procedures
Complete opening and closing duties




Work closely with the floor and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and venue presentation
