Join our busy beachside cafe'. Warilla Beach Cafe is a fast-paced, community-loved spot right on the ocean. We're looking for a hands-on supervisor to lead from the front, lift standards, and keep the floor flowing. Must have solid Barista skills and be able to work and manage a fast-paced cafe. You'll lead a team, set the pace on the floor, coach on service and uphold standards day to day.
Responsibilities
Supervise and train front of house team.
Lead service.
Ensure quality coffee and customer experience.
Cash handling.
Opening and closing of shifts.
FOH Stock control.
Producing FOH specials weekly.
Having an input into our social media platforms.
About you
You must be a people's person who is a clear communicator, reliable and very organised. You must contain strong Barista skills and solid service instincts. You must be comfortable with the occasional weekend shift and be able to work in an extremely fast paced seaside Cafe. Must hold a current RSA or be willing to get one.
