CrewSELECT is proud to be partnering with a well-established commercial plumbing contractor delivering high-quality projects across Perth.

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Site Supervisor / Foreman to lead commercial construction projects across a diverse portfolio of works.

The Role

You will be responsible for overseeing site operations on commercial builds, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Projects include:
Schools, hospitals, aged care facilities, warehouses, apartments, aquatic centres and more — requiring a robust all-round commercial plumbing background.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead plumbing teams onsite
Coordinate subcontractors and daily site activities
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Manage project timelines and site productivity
Liaise with builders, clients, and internal teams

About You
Proven experience as a Plumbing Site Supervisor / Foreman
Strong commercial construction background (must have broad project exposure)
Confident leading teams and coordinating trades
Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
Excellent communication and leadership ability
