We are seeking expressions of interest for a Manager, Regional Services based in Salisbury. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership to support effective child protection service delivery across the region. Working with a range of stakeholders, you will lead practice improvement, monitor regional service performance and provide expert advice to support positive outcomes for children, young people and families.

This is an prospect to influence service delivery while working collaboratively with teams, communities and partner agencies.

You will be responsible for:
Monitoring performance across the region and contributing to strategic planning initiatives
Providing leadership, supervision and development for specialist regional staff
Driving quality improvement through evidence-informed practice
Championing culturally inclusive approaches across regional service delivery




Promoting child-centred practice by embedding the voices of children and young people.

You lead and develop teams, effectively managing people, resources and competing priorities
You build trusted partnerships across government, the community and the sector
You communicate with influence, preparing high-quality advice, briefings and reports for a range of stakeholders
You use your knowledge of child protection legislation and practice to identify opportunities for improvement.
