Key responsibilities
Generate necessary documentation and co-ordinate with Sales and Warehouse departments to ensure timely delivery of customer requirements
Processes import shipments and receipts goods into our WMS system in accordance with our goods receipt process
Liaise with freight forwarders and customers alike to coordinate bookings for both deliveries and outbound shipments
Coordinate the activities of 3rd party logistics providers to ensure orders are dispatched,



replenishments completed, and inbound shipments are processed in a timely manner

Who are we looking for
Attention to detail, and the ability to easily follow processes
Team player, with a flexible and collaborative approach
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure
Proactive, positive attitude, with a solution focused approach
Microsoft Office Suite experience
ERP or WMS systems experience preferred but not essential
