Client Relationship Officer

We're looking for an enthusiastic Client Relationship Officer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and making a genuine impact on business growth.

About the Role
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, providing exceptional service while proactively developing relationships that generate repeat business and increase customer engagement.
Your day will include a mix of customer service, showroom support, outbound relationship building and sales administration.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service across the showroom, phone, and email enquiries
Build solid customer relationships through proactive outbound calls and follow-up on sales opportunities
Respond to enquiries relating to products, orders, stock availability, returns, and deliveries
Promote new products, specials, and identify opportunities to increase customer sales
Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and sales opportunities
Support showroom presentation, sample management,



and current customer onboarding

About You
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
Previous experience in customer service, internal sales or account management
Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building and customer service skills
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Proactive and sales-focused, with the ability to identify growth opportunities
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (experience preferred)
