Our Traffic Management Division is growing, and we’re looking for both experienced Traffic Controllers and those eager to start their journey in this essential industry.
The Role
As a Traffic Controller, you’ll be a key player in ensuring the safety and efficiency of traffic management at various worksites across the Greater Darwin area. This is your chance to make an impact while gaining valuable experience in the trades and services industry.
What You'll Do
Direct and control traffic flow using advanced devices and equipment.
Monitor and adapt traffic control measures to suit changing site conditions.
Implement Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGSs) and Traffic Management Plans (TMPs).
Ensure the safety of workers, pedestrians, and motorists at all times.
Maintain accurate records of traffic control activities.
Provide outstanding customer service to all road users.
What We're Looking For
Valid TC1 & TMI1, TC2 & TMI2, qualifications. (Mandatory)
Current NT Driver’s License.
White Card certification.
Proven experience in traffic control.
Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts.
Physical fitness to perform duties (e.g. standing for long periods).
