Our client is seeking both newly graduated and experienced professionals to join their collaborative and high-performing team delivering occupational rehabilitation and RTW services across the NSW Workers Compensation and CTP schemes.

The Role
You will manage a reasonable caseload and work closely with injured workers, insurers, employers, and treatment providers to achieve positive rehabilitation outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing a caseload within the NSW Workers Compensation and CTP schemes
Conducting assessments and developing rehabilitation strategies
Liaising with insurers, employers, and medical professionals
Writing high-quality qualified reports
Supporting return-to-work and recovery outcomes
Senior consultants may also provide supervision and mentoring
Manageable KPI's of 6 billable hours per day
About You
To be considered, you will have qualifications and registration/accreditation in one of the following disciplines:
Rehabilitation Counselling (ASORC)
Physiotherapy (APHRA)
Exercise Physiology (ESSA)
Psychology (Provisional or Registered) (APHRA)
Occupational Therapy (APHRA)
Nursing (Registered Nurse - APHRA)
Social Work (AASW)
Industry experience is highly regarded but not essential.
You will also have:
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive and positive attitude
Excellent time management and organisational skills
The ability to work independently and collaboratively
Additional languages are highly regarded
