About the Role

We’re recruiting for full-time Exercise Physiologists for our Club Active in Warana. In this role, you’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding clinical care, run group coaching classes, and help foster a strong sense of community within the club.

You will:
Complete assessments and deliver tailored exercise prescriptions
Support clients with chronic disease management, musculoskeletal rehab, and longevity goals
Build meaningful connections with members to support long-term adherence and outcomes
Work collaboratively with physiotherapists, dietitians, and other health professionals
Contribute to a culture focused on results, engagement,



and community

What We’re Looking For:
ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologist
Experience working in a gym or allied health setting preferred
Confident with both individualised exercise prescription and group-based delivery
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A positive, professional attitude that adds value to both the team and member experience
Passion for working with the over-50s and promoting preventative health
