The Prospect:
This is an exciting dual function role. You will work closely with the Weighbridge team to perform full weighbridge duties, and you will also provide a professional and efficient administration service to support the Site Manager.
Key responsibilities:
The weighbridge role (4 hours) - Work closely with weighbridge team members to provide in-coming hay bales moisture testing from 5.30am to 9.30am as well as completing all weighbridge administrative requirements i.e. export container documentation, shift data input, internal spreadsheet updates etc. in this time slot.
The Administrative role (4 hours) From 9.30am to 1.30pm you will perform various administrative tasks covering Safety-, HR-, Admin-, Inventory-, Fleet-, and Pest Control.
Weighbridge operator back -fill – in the event of weighbridge operators going on annual- or personal leave, you will be required to work in this position during their absence.
