Interim Integration Director

9–12 Month Contract | Newcastle, Sydney or Melbourne Based

A rare opportunity exists for an experienced COO-level operational leader to lead the integration of a newly acquired business into a quick-growing, private equity-backed Australian industrial company, with international operations and an ambitious growth strategy.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will take ownership of the integration program, working alongside the executive team to drive delivery across operations, people, technology, finance, sales and supply chain.

This is a hands-on leadership role. The team are experienced in integrations, but we're looking for someone to take the reigns who enjoys solving problems, building alignment and driving outcomes.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a executor. Someone who has successfully led post-acquisition integrations and understand how to bring together businesses, systems, people and processes in a practical, commercially focused way.

You'll ideally bring experience in:




Leading post-acquisition integrations or major business transformations
Manufacturing, industrial or wholesale distribution environments
Operational improvement, supply chain and systems integration
Working with executive leadership teams in quick-paced businesses
Influencing stakeholders, removing roadblocks and delivering measurable outcomes

You'll be comfortable spending time in warehouses, factories and offices alike, working alongside teams to solve problems and keep momentum.

Newcastle-based HQ, with applications welcomed from Newcastle, Sydney and Melbourne
Limited interstate travel required
Attractive day rate or fixed-term remuneration package
Immediate commencement preferred
