Baldwin Living is seeking a compassionate and reliable Domestic & Personal Care Assistant to join our dedicated team in a rewarding retirement village environment. In this role, you will provide person-centred domestic and personal care services to residents, helping them maintain a protected, clean, and supportive home. About the Role

You will:
Assist with daily living activities including personal care, domestic tasks, mobility, meal preparation, and community participation
Support residents with grooming, toileting, dressing, shopping and social engagement
Basic cleaning of resident units, communal areas, and external spaces to a high standard
Monitor residents’ needs, follow care plans, and report changes or concerns
Maintain accurate communication and work cooperatively within a multi-disciplinary team




Adhere to WHS, food safety, privacy, and aged care quality standards

About You

You will bring:
Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent
Experience supporting older people
Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a resident-focused mindset
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining safe and hygienic environments
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work diverse hours and cover shifts
A current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
First Aid Certificate (desirable)
