We’re now looking for a creative, data‑driven Digital Specialist to join our Marketing & Communications team.

About the Role

This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves social media, video and content creation — and knows how to use paid digital channels and analytics to drive real results.

Reporting to the Executive, Marketing, Communications & Client Experience, you’ll help plan, create and optimise content and campaigns that boost engagement, drive website traffic and support conversion.

What You’ll Be Doing
Managing and delivering engaging content across social channels
Creating, editing and publishing high‑performing video and digital assets
Planning and managing paid digital campaigns, including:
Using analytics to understand what drives engagement, traffic and conversion
Monitoring and reporting on performance with recommendations for improvement




Supporting website content updates and optimisation
Staying across digital trends and best practice
Experience in social media management and digital content creation
Strong video editing and production skills
Hands‑on experience with Google Ads & paid social
Solid understanding of analytics and performance reporting
Ability to turn data into actionable insights
A creative mindset with a robust focus on outcomes
Enjoy being hands‑on and seeing your work go live
Love testing, learning and optimising
Are proactive, organised and cooperative
Care about producing high‑quality, accessible content
