About the Role

Shine Bright Early Years Management is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our brand-current Nichols Point Kindergarten, opening in January 2027. The successful applicant will undertake a combined role as Early Childhood Teacher and Nominated Supervisor, leading the service's daily operations while delivering high-quality educational programs for children and families.

This is an exciting chance to help establish a current, purpose-built, state-of-the-art kindergarten designed to inspire children, educators and families. As the foundation teacher, you will play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming and engaging learning environment from day one.
