Southern Cross Care Queensland is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse to lead and mentor the care team at the Tara residential aged care home in the Western Downs Region of Queensland. You will supervise, coordinate and support nurses while delivering comprehensive clinical care and medication management for residents.
You will liaise with medical practitioners, families and the multidisciplinary team to ensure person-centred care and uphold accreditation and quality standards.
