About the Role
Based in our Hope Valley, WA Branch, we are seeking a motivated Sales Representative (Junior) to support our Senior Sales Manager and develop into a future Sales Manager position.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone in their early sales career who is keen to learn the crane sales industry, build strong relationships and develop both technical and commercial skills.
You will gain hands-on exposure to crane operations, customer sites and sales processes with an expert Senior Sales Manager in the industry to guide and mentor this role and develop sales management capability.
Responsibilities include:
Support the Senior Sales Manager with day-to-day sales activities
Assist with quotes, proposals and customer follow-ups
Build relationships with new and existing clients
Attend site visits with Senior Sales Manager and develop understanding of crane operations
Maintain accurate sales records
Learn product capabilities, pricing and market requirements
Who Would Fit this Role?
Early career or some experience in construction/heavy industry
Robust communication skills and a willingness to learn
Interest in mobile cranes, construction or heavy equipment
Technical ability able to be applied in a sales context
Ability to build relationships and work as part of a team
Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude
