We are seeking highly motivated and safety-focused Pick Packers to join our high-volume, fast-paced facility in Edinburgh.
This role is ideal for candidates who have experience in similar environments, can work under pressure, and consistently meet deadlines — all while maintaining the highest safety standards.
What we’re looking for:

Excellent attention to detail and picking accuracy
Ability to exceed KPIs without compromising safety
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team workplace
Current SA driver’s licence with reliable transport
Availability for shifts 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday-Friday, with flexibility to work overtime as needed
Key responsibilities:
Safely picking,
packing, and checking products
Using RF scanners to ensure accurate order fulfilment
Processing, sorting, stacking, and wrapping of products
Maintaining clean and organised work areas (safety starts with housekeeping)
Following all company safety procedures and reporting hazards immediately
