We have a outstanding prospect for a Cafe Manager to oversee Dome Kalgoorlie on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover Parental Leave.

As Café Manager, you will be responsible for
Leading and overseeing the daily operations
Managing rosters, performance, recruitment and ongoing development
Maintaining Dome’s standards for quality and consistency,



and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for every customer
Overseeing inventory and ensuring compliance

If you are a supervisor or manager who thrives in busy environments and enjoys being part of the local community then come and join our team.

Our cafes are open daily, and managers are expected to work 5 shifts a week, across a variety of the days from week to week. The morning and weekends are our busiest times - so your full availability is a definite necessity.
