As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dedicated Production Engineer to join our close-knit team.

Role Overview
The Production Engineer will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring products are produced efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards, while supporting continuous improvement across the production floor.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production schedules to meet delivery timelines
Ensure machinery and equipment operate efficiently, coordinating maintenance as needed
Implement and maintain quality control processes to minimize defects and waste
Identify opportunities to improve production processes, reduce costs, and increase output




Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on the shop floor
Supervise and guide production staff, providing training where required
Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for management
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions promptly

Requirements
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering
2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production setting (packaging industry preferred)
Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Valuable communication and team leadership abilities
Familiarity with production planning tools and quality standards (ISO preferred)

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
