People & Culture Coordinator

Pacvac is looking for a highly organised, adaptable and hands-on People & Culture Coordinator to join our team in Kewdale.

This is a varied support role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle competing priorities, and is happy to jump in and help wherever needed. You don’t need to come from a heavily HR-focused background — experience in coordination, administration, office support or a similar role will be well regarded. What matters most is your attitude, flexibility, organisation and willingness to get things done.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll support a broad mix of People & Culture, administration and office coordination tasks, including:
Preparing employment documents and letters
Coordinating onboarding and offboarding
Maintaining records and systems
Assisting with inductions and training coordination
Supporting culture, wellness and employee initiatives
Helping with office administration and ad hoc tasks
Managing travel bookings
Assisting with leave, calendar and payroll-related administration.

You’ll be someone who:
Is highly organised and detail oriented
Can manage multiple priorities and changing demands




Is versatile and happy to take on whatever needs doing
Communicates well and builds strong relationships
Brings a proactive, team-first attitude
Has solid Microsoft Office and general systems skills
Holds a current driver’s licence
