Responsibilities
Develop and maintain genuine business partner relationships with key internal stakeholders to enable them to meet operational and strategic goals across multiple sites in the eastern suburbs and occasional CBD days.
Act as a trusted people partner to the management team for people and employment issues across the employee lifecycle.
Report to the People & Culture Operations Manager and cover all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Lead the development and update of HR policy and procedures to ensure they are current and aligned with best practice.
Support stakeholders in organisational change and manage multiple key people projects.
Promote and foster a positive workplace culture and employee relations.

Maintain and improve HR policies and procedures

Qualifications and skills
Experienced generalist with the ability to influence at all levels
Robust experience in employee relations and handling complex, sensitive situations
Creative and strategic thinker with solid project management skills
Ability to coach leaders and build robust relationships
Pragmatic approach to HR issues
