The Position

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Functions Manager to join our catering operations on a full time basis. In this role, you’ll be the key driver behind delivering exceptional function and event experiences, while also supporting the wider commercial operation.

Key duties
Work with the Site Manager & Catering team to ensure accurate function delivery
Coordinate a small and dedicated team
Ensure all functions are delivered at an impeccable standard
Responsible for the planning, management,



implementation and successful delivery of events for the yearly events calendar.

The Person
Previous experience working within a functions environment
Develops effective relationships with individuals at all levels, from diverse backgrounds, cultures and locations
Is passionate about delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction and engagement
Will have outstanding attention to detail with an excellent ability to multi-task and prioritise
Working with children check required or willing to obtain
