Process Workers & Pick-Packers – Food Manufacturing | Northern Suburbs

We are seeking dedicated Process Workers and Pick-Packers to join our client’s Food Manufacturing team in Melbourne’s Northern Suburbs. These roles involve working in cool room settings (1–3°C) and are suited to those comfortable in quick‑paced, temperature‑controlled settings.

Shift Options & Pay
Day & Afternoon shifts (start times 4am – 7pm)
Monday to Friday + Saturday shifts
Hourly Rate: $30.35 – $34.90

Key Responsibilities
Pick, pack, sort, and label food products
Work safely in cool room conditions
Assist with stock rotation & quality checks
Operate pallet jacks, tuggers & forklifts (if licensed)
Follow food handling & hygiene protocols




Maintain a clean & secure workplaceMeet KPIs & team performance targets

What We’re Looking For
Experience in food manufacturing/warehousing/logistics (preferred)
Comfortable working in cold storage
Physically fit (able to lift up to 25kg)
Knowledge of pallet jacks & tuggers (desirable)
Team-focused, proactive & positive attitude
Full Working Rights in Australia (students welcome)
