About you
You are organised, positive, and passionate about delivering high quality early learning experiences.



You enjoy leading by example and supporting educators within your room.

You bring:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher
Previous experience as a Lead Educator or Room Leader
Strong understanding of EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Experience with programming, observations, and documentation
Ability to lead, support, and mentor educators
Solid communication and relationship building skills
Reliable and team focused attitude

About the role
As Room Leader, you will:
Lead the day to day operations of your room
Implement engaging learning programs aligned with EYLF
Support and mentor educators within your team
Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
Build positive relationships with children and families
Ensure compliance with centre policies and quality standards
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
