Smile Partners is a leading orthodontic group, partnering with and supporting specialist orthodontic practices across Australia & New Zealand. We have an exciting opportunity to join one of our specialist orthodontic practices in Perth and provide exceptional patient care!

If you're a Dental Assistant, from either a general dental or orthodontic background, we'd love to hear from you!

What you will do
Support the flow of the practice, with patients before school, new patient consults, adjustments, and Invisalign starts!
Assist with sterilisation and adhere to infection control standards
Warmly engage with our patients and provide the highest level of care
Update and maintain orthodontic records and help take scans
Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a smooth patient flow

What you will bring




Previous Dental experience is required, Orthodontic experience is a bonus!
Excellent customer service skills are a must!
You're proactive, eager to learn, and passionate about building a career in dental
Friendly, warm, and engaging communicator
Strong team player and able to pick up new skills quickly
