Job Title: Enrolled Nurse

Job Summary:

Dougherty Villa, in Grafton, Recent South Wales is seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join their team. As part of the high-functioning nursing team, the Enrolled Nurse will support in assessing the clinical needs of incoming and existing residents to ensure that all relevant care needs are identified, assessed and actioned effectively and efficiently. They will also assist as required the RN & PC Teams in the day-to-day tasks required to ensure our residents receive high-quality care.

Education and EAP provided.
Pay rate $40-$45 plus allowances
Some weekend work may be required.

Skills:
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a team workplace




Robust clinical assessment and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
Assess the clinical needs of incoming and existing residents
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals and support RNs with wound management as required
Monitor resident health and wellbeing, including vital signs and changes in condition
Maintain accurate documentation of resident assessments, interventions, and outcomes

Qualifications:
Diploma of Nursing (Enrolled Nurse) qualification
AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse

-CPR certification
