Thermal Systems Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and reliable Service Technician/Electrician to join our team in Canning Vale. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety - working in the Perth metro area, troubleshooting and servicing equipment, as well as producing high quality precision wired electrical control panels and also burner related gas trains and equipment in a workshop environment.
What you'll be doing
On-site breakdown repairs and regular servicing of industrial heating equipment as well as workshop electrical service/maintenance work and switchboard manufacture and testing.
Ensuring all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards
Completing service records of work performed and materials used
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain solid communication throughout all stages of the job
Willingness to participate in an after-hours on call roster (Following a successful training/trial period)
What we're looking for
Valid A-Grade Electrician or Restricted Electrical License
Class I Gas Fitting Permit (Preferred but not essential)
Current C Class WA Driver's License
Previous experience within the industrial gas industry would be highly regarded
Robust fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Reliable, organised and safety focused
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and also be part of a team
A positive outlook with a willingness to learn
