We are seeking a Female casual Disability Support Worker, to support persons with a disability in Alexandra Hills. Tuesday & Thursday.

My Disability Care is a Registered NDIS Provider. We are an established company with offices in Brisbane and Hervey Bay.

To be considered for this chance, you will need to have:
Experience dealing with participants mental health issues and physical disabilities.
Certificate III in Disability/Individual Support or any related certificate.
Ability to work outside of school hours
Experience s providing in-home and community access support
Current Driver’s License (mandatory).
Have own transport




Ability to provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.

Mandatory requirement

Successful applicants will be required to hold or be willing to obtain a positive notice from NDIS Workers Screening, NDIS Orientation Module, Working with Children Check (Blue card) and in some circumstances National Criminal History check.

Salary: $34.4 per hour plus penalty rates as applicable
