As Assistant Coordinator, you will help support the leadership and daily operations across multiple OSHC services.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting the Coordinator in managing four OSHC sites
• Providing leadership, mentoring and support to educator teams
• Supporting high-quality programs aligned with the My Time, Our Place (MTOP) framework
• Assisting with compliance, documentation and National Quality Framework requirements
• Supporting staffing, rostering and operational coordination
• Building robust relationships with schools, families and educators
• Contributing to continuous improvement and service quality
Candidates must have current Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.
A minimum of 3+ years' OSHC experience is required for this position.
Candidates must hold a Diploma in School Age Care to be considered for this role.
A valid Working with Children Check is required before commencing employment.
Team leader experience is essential for providing effective leadership, mentoring and support to educator teams.
A minimum of 2+ years of team leadership experience is required for this role.
