Join the Petries Group at our Mitre 10 Trade Centre Orange

We’re on the lookout for a reliable, organised person to join our Inventory team.

This job is all about keeping stock moving smoothly — receiving deliveries, checking orders, and making sure everything is in the right place and entered correctly. If you like things done properly, aren’t afraid of a bit of hands-on work, and are comfortable using a computer, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll be doing:
Putting safety first — for yourself and your workmates
Receiving and entering stock into our POS system
Checking deliveries and handling special orders
Keeping the stockroom tidy, secure, and organised
Processing stock adjustments, returns, and credits
Managing claims and warranty returns
In store customer service

What we’re looking for:
Someone organised with a valuable eye for detail
Clear communicator who takes initiative and follows things through
Comfortable working with computerised stock systems
Forklift licence (essential)
Experience in a similar role is a bonus, but not a must
Physically fit — there’s lifting and bulky items involved

If you’re successful, you’ll need to complete a pre-employment medical to make sure you’re fit for the role.
