We are growing holiday park seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team and help us deliver a memorable experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Manage bookings and guest enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Handle check-ins and check-outs smoothly, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed including social media.

What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Experience with Newbook software is ideal but not essential a willingness to learn is key!




A proactive attitude and ability to handle various tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Previous experience in a similar role would be a bonus.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, public holidays and school holidays.
The ability to work a mixture of both day and evening shifts.
