We’re looking for a confident and people‑first Duty Manager – Overnights to help lead the daily rhythm of the hotel. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in a quick‑moving setting, leads with calm energy, and knows how to turn service into something memorable.

You’ll be the face of the hotel during your shift — supporting teams across Front Office, Food & Beverage and Guest Experience while ensuring every guest interaction feels warm, seamless and distinctly Andaz Gold Coast.

What You’ll Do
Lead daily hotel operations across guest‑facing departments
Support, coach and motivate teams to deliver exceptional service
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with confidence and care
Maintain operational standards, presentation and safety across the property
Work closely with department leaders to ensure smooth communication and service flow
Create genuine connections with guests and elevate the everyday guest experience
Support VIP arrivals,



special events and high‑occupancy periods

Qualifications
Previous leadership experience in hotels, hospitality or lifestyle venues
A calm, solutions‑focused approach under pressure
Solid communication and relationship‑building skills
A passion for people, service and creating memorable experiences
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
Knowledge of Opera or similar hotel systems is highly regarded
Must already have current and ongoing working rights for Australia
