We’re looking for an experienced Client Advisor to join our team! If you have 5+ years’ experience in a professional accounting firm and enjoy working closely with clients, mentoring others, and driving business success, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Manage a client portfolio, including relationships, task turnaround, and WIP management.
Participate in or independently lead client meetings.
Perform analytical reviews of your own and the team’s work to identify client opportunities and risks.
Review and sign off on client work with confidence.
Draft advice on financial, taxation, and investment matters for Partner review.
Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to team members.
Provide strategies for Division 7A compliance with a solid technical understanding.
Research technical matters and compile insights to support decision-making.
Drive innovation and improvement within the team.
Contribute to workplace groups and firm-wide initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of experience in an accounting firm.
Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA qualification.
A passion for leadership, collaboration, and mentoring.
Solid time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
A proactive approach to client service and business growth.
