About the Role

As the Support Worker, you will assist individuals in their homes and out in the community. These are hands-on, people focused roles that are about more than tasks — it’s about building trust, bringing consistency, and helping people maintain independence, choice and quality of life. Multiple casual Home and Domestic Support Worker prospects are available.

Duties
Support clients with everyday tasks in a respectful, person‑centred way
Build genuine connections with clients and their support networks
Assist with cleaning, personal care, transport, and social activities
Notice and communicate changes in wellbeing
Keep clear, accurate records to support quality care

Skills & Experience
Experience in aged care, disability or community support




Certificate III in Individual Support (or similar) for Home Support roles
Solid communication skills and ability to build rapport
Reliable, organised and able to work independently
Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
National Police Check within the last 6 months
