Administration Assistant – Part-Time

We are a small boutique accounting practice based in Ascot, seeking a motivated Administration Assistant to join our team. We provide a full range of qualified services, including accounting, taxation, bookkeeping and business advisory services.

You must be a self-starter, confident working on your own, able to seek solutions to issues as they arise, but ask for help where needed. Excellent computer software skills essential.

We are a family-friendly office, offering a permanent part-time position of 15 hours per week, working Tuesdays to Thursdays.

The role
ASIC compliance
Document management
General admin, filing and scanning duties
Assistant to the Principal Accountant
Small bookkeeping tasks
Workflow management

The successful candidate will have
Experience with QuickBooks Online and Xero preferred
Robust Microsoft Excel, Outlook and general computer skills




A willingness to undertake training when required

Self-driven and self-motivated, with strong attention to detail and the confidence to work independently without constant supervision
Australian residency and Perth-based availability

Job Types: Part time, Permanent

Pay: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour

Experience:
Microsoft Office: 3 years (Preferred)
