Your new role awaits…

As a Sales Associate, you will provide quality customer service, keep your store looking excellent, and deliver the ultimate EB Experience.

In this role you will be responsible for:
Providing outstanding customer service
Achieving sales and KPI targets
Maintaining in-depth and accurate knowledge of products and current promotions
Assisting with day to day store operations
Maintaining the store’s appearance and organisation to a high standard
Inventory control and loss prevention
Embracing and upholding our Ethos values of Family, Integrity, Vitality, Vision, Accountability, Recognition, and Sustainability.

To be successful in this role you will have:




Commitment to providing exceptional service based on meeting the needs of the customer
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to solve or escalate problems that may arise, such as resolving customer complaints
