Field Service Engineer | AU Citizens only| Tullamarine

We are currently seeking Field Services Engineer for a client based in Tullamarine. This is a part‑time position (4 hours per week) , ideal for someone wanting steady, ongoing work with minimal weekly hours.

Key Requirements:
2+ years' experience with L1 Support
PC hardware and software repair experience
Willing to travel and complete service calls as required
Must be an Australian Citizens
Valid Driver's license & transport

Key Responsibilities:
L1 support and troubleshooting for PCs, Printers, mobile phones and other IT devices.
L1 support and troubleshooting for Microsoft software and other common software applications.




Perform system recovery / restoration upon system corruption or replacement of hard disk.
To carry out installation of recent computer and computer products procured from the company inclusive of OS and in house applications.
Perform refresh program for Personal Computers and Printers.
Keep the Desktop / Printer inventory list evergreen and perform hardware asset inventory.
Ensure all Workplace documentation and processes are followed at all time.
