We are looking for a reliable and motivated Carousel Pick/Forklift Operator for ongoing work with an immediate start at our Buchanan farm.
About the Role
As our Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for:
Operating forklift
Moving pallets of dry goods/egg cartons
Loading and offloading of refrigerated vehicles, ensuring stock rotation by Best Before Dates
Recording movements of leased pallets and containers accurately
Assisting with packing of orders and completion
Assisting with compliance of load plans and transport schedules
Help maintain cleanliness and security in the warehouse
Adhering to OH&S; policies and company procedures
Role Details (PM SHIFT)
Monday to Thursday – 2:45 PM to 11 PM
Saturday – 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Flexibility beyond this time, if needed, would be preferred.
Location
Buchanan (40 min from Newcastle, 10 min from Kurri Kurri)
Salary
From $33.38 per hour + penalty rates.

Requirements
Proven experience in warehousing
Valid forklift licence and hands‑on experience operating forklifts
Explicit communication skills, both when working independently and interacting as part of a team
A pre‑employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening is required
A current Australian driver’s licence and access to a car
