About us

RCOT is a purpose-built paediatric OT clinic in Willagee, Perth, supporting children and young people aged 0–18. We work with a diverse caseload using a holistic, family-centred approach, and take therapy beyond the clinic through our community-based school holiday programs that help kids socialise, grow and thrive. About the role

As a Paediatric Occupational Therapist, your duties will include but not be limited to:




Completing assessments across multiple paediatric presentations
Delivering evidence-based treatment across sensory, motor, and emotional domains
Mentoring junior and graduate therapists
Identifying root causes and presenting honest options to families
Collaborating with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
Contributing to service improvement and clinical direction
Maintaining documentation in line with AHPRA standards

What we're looking for
Full Australian working rights essential
Degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration essential
Min. 2 years paediatric occupational therapy experience essential
WWC Check (or willing to obtain) & driver's licence
Advanced clinical skills in paediatric assessment
Solid communication skills with children, families, and colleagues
Ability to balance caseload and team responsibilities.
