Key Responsibilities
Provide physical, emotional, and social support to residents according to their personalized care plans.
Assist with daily living tasks while respecting residents’ preferences and ensuring their dignity.
Report changes in residents’ health to the Registered/Enrolled Nurse.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Collaborate with the team to deliver personalized care that supports residents' independence and well-being.

Essential Criteria
Certificate III in Aged Care
Knowledge of aged care-related issues and practices
Current National Police Certificate

Desirable Criteria
Experience in an aged care workplace
Ability to speak Italian
