Location: St Barts - East Perth
Employment Type: Casual - various days and hours
Pay Rate: $27.08 per hour (base rate) + casual loading

Cater Care is currently seeking a Catering Assistant to join our team at St Barts in East Perth. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a supportive setting and takes pride in delivering a positive dining experience for residents.

In this hands-on role, you will support daily kitchen operations through food preparation, meal service, and maintaining a clean and protected kitchen workplace. Your contribution will help ensure residents receive high-quality meals and friendly service every day.

What This Role Involves
Assist with food preparation, including salads, sandwiches, and texture-modified meals
Serve meals and snacks with a high standard of customer service
Re-stock supplies, including after meal periods
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, including dishwashing
Set tables, plate meals,



and support the Chef with general kitchen duties

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Previous experience in food preparation and/or customer service
Contract catering experience (desirable)
Ability to work effectively within a team workplace
Strong presentation and communication skills
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced setting
