Registered Nurse Hargreaves Street Medical Practice, Bendigo VIC Hargreaves Street Medical Practice is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join our community-focused general practice team in Bendigo, VIC.

We provide comprehensive primary health care to patients of all ages and value professionalism, respect, transparent communication, and teamwork. About the role This is a full-time, in office Registered Nurse position based at our Bendigo practice.

The role includes triage, health assessments, wound care, immunisations, chronic disease management support, treatment room preparation, recalls and follow-ups, clinical documentation, patient education, care plan support, infection prevention and control, and participation in quality improvement activities. Key duties Provide direct patient care in general practice.

Carry out triage, assessments, wound care, and immunisations.



Support chronic disease management and care plans. Manage treatment rooms and clinical supplies.

Maintain accurate medical records and documentation. Coordinate recalls, follow-ups, and patient education. Work collaboratively with GPs and the wider practice team.

About you Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA. Experience in general practice, primary care, or acute clinical settings.

Strong skills in assessment, triage, wound care, and immunisation. Good computer skills and experience with electronic medical records. Robust communication, teamwork, and time management skills.

Sound knowledge of infection control and clinical best practice. Current Working with Children Check and police clearance, or ability to obtain.

Authorised to work in Australia. Salary $65,000–$85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
